HelloCoin may work with selected creators, publishers, developers, and website partners on affiliate or promotional arrangements. This page explains our general standards for those enquiries. It is not a promise that a public affiliate programme, commission rate, or self-service dashboard is currently available.

Any approved commercial relationship must be confirmed in writing. Do not promote HelloCoin as an affiliate or make earnings claims unless you have received specific authorisation and terms from us.

Who May Contact Us

We consider relevant enquiries from:

• Gaming writers, reviewers, and tutorial creators.
• Website owners with an established audience interested in browser games.
• Video creators and streamers who publish original gaming content.
• Developers and publishers seeking cross-promotion.
• Technology or entertainment partners proposing a transparent campaign.

Audience size is not the only factor. Content quality, traffic sources, brand fit, legal compliance, and the way a partner communicates with users are also important.

Information to Include in an Enquiry

Send a concise proposal that identifies:

• Your name, organisation, and working contact details.
• Your website, channel, application, or social profile.
• The countries and audience segments you reach.
• Recent audience or traffic information that you are authorised to share.
• The type of content or placement you are proposing.
• How traffic will be generated and measured.
• Any requested payment, commission, sponsorship, or exchange of value.
• The expected campaign period and required assets.

Do not send purchased contact lists, confidential user data, passwords, or fabricated screenshots.

Traffic Quality Standards

HelloCoin does not accept traffic generated through deception, malware, forced redirects, pop-under chains, click farms, automated bots, misleading notifications, spam, unauthorised browser extensions, or incentives that encourage invalid ad clicks. Partners must not suggest that visitors are required to click an advertisement to support, unlock, or continue using HelloCoin.

Traffic should come from content and placements that users can understand. A visitor should know what link they are selecting and where it will lead.

Accurate Promotion

Partners must describe HelloCoin accurately. Do not promise guaranteed rewards, earnings, prizes, performance, rankings, or access that has not been confirmed in writing. Do not present third-party games as owned by HelloCoin when they belong to another developer.

Marketing should not imitate system alerts, government notices, security warnings, or another company's official communication. Claims about a game should match the current game page and should be updated when the game changes or becomes unavailable.

Disclosure of Commercial Relationships

Affiliates, sponsors, and creators must clearly disclose a paid, commissioned, gifted, or otherwise compensated relationship in a way that is easy for the audience to notice and understand. A disclosure should appear near the relevant recommendation or link, not hidden on a separate page or behind unclear wording.

Partners are responsible for following advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, privacy, email, and platform rules that apply to their location and audience.

Use of the HelloCoin Name and Assets

Written approval may allow a partner to use specific HelloCoin logos, screenshots, links, or campaign materials for the agreed promotion. Approval does not transfer ownership and does not allow a partner to register confusing domains, social handles, applications, or advertisements that appear to be operated by HelloCoin.

Assets must not be altered in a misleading way or combined with unlawful, offensive, or unrelated promotions. Permission ends when the campaign or agreement ends, unless the written terms say otherwise.

Tracking, Cookies, and Privacy

An approved campaign may use referral parameters, cookies, platform analytics, or another agreed measurement method. The written agreement should explain what counts as a valid referral, how duplicate or fraudulent activity is handled, and what reporting is available.

Partners must not collect or share personal information about HelloCoin visitors without a lawful basis, appropriate notice, and any required consent. Do not place unapproved tracking code on our website or attempt to identify individual visitors from aggregated reports.

Payments and Results

No commission, reward, minimum payment, payment schedule, or conversion definition applies unless it is included in a written agreement. We may withhold or reverse credit for fraud, self-referrals, automated activity, duplicate events, policy violations, refunds, chargebacks, or inaccurate reporting, as described in the applicable terms.

HelloCoin does not guarantee that a campaign will produce a particular number of visits, conversions, or earnings.

Review and Termination

We may review promotional activity for brand, traffic, legal, and user-safety concerns. An arrangement may be paused or ended when a partner breaches the written terms, uses misleading promotion, creates invalid traffic, damages users, or exposes HelloCoin to legal or platform risk.
