HelloCoin works with independent game developers, studios, publishers, and authorised distributors who want to introduce well-made browser games to a wider audience. This page explains what we look for, what information a submission should contain, and how we handle ownership and quality concerns.

We welcome original games that are suitable for web delivery and provide a clear, playable experience. Submission is free, but publication is selective and is never guaranteed.

What We Consider

We consider browser-based games across a range of genres, including puzzle, arcade, racing, sports, strategy, simulation, educational, casual, and family-friendly entertainment. A game does not need to be complex to be useful. A small title with clear controls and a polished core mechanic can be a strong fit.

Our review focuses on the complete player experience rather than visual style alone. We may consider:

• Whether the game starts and remains playable in a current browser.
• Whether controls are understandable on the intended devices.
• Whether the objective and failure conditions are clear.
• Whether loading behaviour, sound, advertisements, and external links are reasonable.
• Whether the game contains deceptive prompts, unsafe downloads, prohibited material, or misleading claims.
• Whether the submitter owns the game or has written authority to distribute it.

Information to Include

A complete submission helps us review a game accurately. Please provide:

• The game title and a short, factual summary.
• A working HTTPS game URL, hosted build, or secure review link.
• Desktop and mobile control instructions.
• Supported screen orientation and any known browser limitations.
• One or more screenshots, icons, or promotional images you are authorised to share.
• The developer, publisher, and rights-holder names.
• A statement confirming that you own the content or are authorised to submit it.
• Details of advertisements, in-game purchases, accounts, data collection, or external links used by the game.
• An appropriate contact email for technical or rights-related questions.

Please do not send files or assets that you copied from another game, marketplace listing, or website without permission.

Ownership and Licensing

Submitting a game does not transfer ownership to HelloCoin. The developer or relevant rights holder keeps ownership of the game and its original assets. By asking us to publish or embed a game, the submitter confirms that they have authority to grant the permissions needed to display, describe, promote, and technically deliver the submitted material on HelloCoin.

If a submission uses third-party music, characters, logos, fonts, code, images, or other protected material, the submitter is responsible for having the required licences. We may request proof of authority before or after publication.

Editorial Presentation

HelloCoin may write or edit the public game description so that it accurately explains the objective, controls, pace, and basic strategy. We do not guarantee that submitted marketing text will be published word for word. We may correct grammar, remove unverifiable claims, simplify technical language, or add a disclosure when a game contains advertising, external links, or third-party services.

We will not knowingly present paid placement as an independent recommendation. Any commercial arrangement must be documented and disclosed where appropriate.

Technical Expectations

Games should use secure delivery and should not require visitors to install unknown software, disable browser protections, or download executable files. They should not trigger unexpected redirects, imitate system warnings, automatically subscribe users, or conceal the destination of a link.

Developers should test keyboard, mouse, touch, audio, orientation, pause/resume behaviour, and viewport scaling where relevant. If the game requires a specific browser feature, login, region, or device capability, tell us before review.

Content and Player Safety

We may reject or remove games that include unlawful content, malware, phishing, deceptive interfaces, unauthorised intellectual property, explicit sexual content, extreme graphic material, hate content, instructions for wrongdoing, or gambling mechanics that are unsuitable for the intended audience. We may also decline games that collect personal information without adequate notice or use aggressive advertising that prevents normal play.

Content involving children or younger audiences requires particular care. Developers should provide accurate age suitability information and avoid manipulative purchase, advertising, or data-collection practices.

Review, Updates, and Removal

Review time varies according to the completeness of the submission and the amount of technical checking required. We may ask questions, request corrections, or decide not to publish without providing a detailed commercial explanation.

After publication, developers should notify us of major updates, changed controls, new data practices, discontinued hosting, or ownership transfers. HelloCoin may temporarily disable or permanently remove a listing when a game becomes unavailable, unsafe, misleading, legally disputed, or inconsistent with our policies.

By submitting material, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to discuss publication of the game.
